Disappointed

I have been a customer of Fabutan for years in Ontario. After moving to Kelowna, BC, I was very excited to hear that there was a location here. I have been here twice, and both experiences were dreadful; The first time I had to wait over half an hour after my scheduled appointment, I gave them a second chance and even with a different girl working, the service was no better and I left feeling mistreated and unwanted. I was rushed in without a hello (she was on the phone) and I didn't even get a chance to ask for a lotion which I would've like to have purchased. Overall I can not believe that anyone can treat someone with such ignorance, especially in a salon environment where customer service should be a top priority... I was looking forward to an inviting, friendly & relaxing experience (as it is at every other Fabutan location I have been to.) I am very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.
