The transmission went on our vehicle while we were on our family vacation in Kelowna. As a result, we needed to purchase a new vehicle within a short period of time. I was charged nearly double the amount of labor hours as I was originally quoted. No phone calls had been made to me to confirm they were going to charge more. It was also supposed to take two days, but I received the vehicle after 5 days with little and poor explanation. I also was denied a loaner vehicle to use throughout this time. This service department caused me a great inconvenience from what was originally expected. I would never return or recommend them to anyone.
