Took a bull elk into cliffs this sept the quarters weighed 450 pounds I told the new owner I want it cut into as many roasts steaks and ribs as he could then split the scraps evenly into burger and stew I got back 4 roasts and 10 packs of steaks no ribs no stew and 350 pounds of burger 520 bucks to grind my whole elk into burger guy should be ashamed of himself
