    A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

    I have a laptop in with the GeekSquad waiting to be repaired. I checked online to see the status and it has been sitting at this store for 8 days - hasn't even been shipped out yet. So, I decided to try calling the store / geek squad. I called 20 times, NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE. So, I then went on Live Chat with Geek Squad and they told me that I'd have to call the store to get an answer to my questions. I told them that calling the store doesn't work - as nobody answers the phone there.
