I was having water pressure problems.I feared my 30 year old well had come to its end. I called EDS for the bad news & they sent a repairman. He replaced a few old parts and the badly clogged line & explained the function of each component in the system. He did the job, cleaned up his mess & gave me an itemized invoice of every part# with description and price. He was friendly & professional & reasonably priced. It works great! Overall, a positive experience. Id be glad to recommend EDS. Randy.

I recently had them perform a 10k quote on my well... they didnt show up on time... billed ot for 6 hrs on a job and gave me a bill for 12k, cant keep to quote, create problems with city, mud in ditch due to carelessness.

EDS did work for us a number of times but their work has continued to deteriorate in quality. They recommended and installed an inline water filter that was totally inappropriate for the job. They also stripped pipe insulation and informed us that it did not need to be replaced. With the recent freeze in BC we suffered frozen fittings, the manager/owner told us that it was our problem. We will never use them again.
