Linda went above and beyond in helping me find a gasket for my old model Kingsman fireplace. Not only did she order the part from the factory in Winnipeg, but also arranged a courier to expedite the process. To top it off, when the part arrived at Encore’s location in Langley, she coordinated with their sales representative to drop it off at my home in Burnaby! Thank you for terrific service!
