    Accidentally left my phone in their car. Driver takes off. I called the office, followed lost and found procedure. Driver Acknowledged he had my phone. Suddenly after 8 minutes phoning he's 70 dollars away and cant bring it back. Instead of returning it to the office and following procedure he calls my fiance's and tried to extort me threatening to damage it. Not impressed atall its a business they're supposed to provide service to a customer not steal items and try to hustle a paying customer.

    My mother-in-law forgot her wallet in the cab when she was dropped off at our home. 20 minutes later upon realization of the missing wallet, I called the dispatcher, who promptly called the driver while I waited on hold. After a couple of minutes she said that a new customer spotted it and gave it to the driver, who returned it within 10 minutes. I offered a decent tip, but the driver insisted that it wasn’t necessary and refused to take it. Thanks for the great honest service!

    Second time pre booked a cab wheel chair, for our mother to visit from one senior home to another, our father and they were an hour late, we had to cancel. This time they forgot us had to cancel. Either purchase more wheel chair vans or get out of this business.

    Sometimes okay, sometimes driver spends a lot of time on the phone. They have gone to the wrong location for pick-up. Then next time they are okay

    They made an elderly woman wait for a cab for 2.5 hours!

    A kind elderly lady asked me to call this taxi service to see why she had been waiting for an hour. The dispatcher said she had placed her at the top of the list and the next available driver will be there to get her. She waited for another hour and a half! By the time they called me to say they were waiting for her, she had already left and they got mad at me for not telling them! She missed her dinner at her care home because they took so long. VERY DISAPPOINTED

    Taxi in the ditch

    The cab driver was driving my son home from work and ended up getting in a car accident. He drove the car into a ditch and left my son to walk home while he waited for a tow truck. But that wasn't before he asked for payment! I called the manager 3 times and have left messages but have yet to have my calls returned.

    worst taxi ever

    My wife called Langley CABS for a taxi, she was told that taxi will arrive at her place in 10 min. and after more than 20 min. waiting she called them back to check where is her taxi, the guy was so rude and his excuse was just they are so busy today and her taxi is on the way and he rudely cuts off the line. Her taxi arrived after 37 min. and it ends up she was 15 min. late to work which puts her in trouble with her boss. Those guys do not know the meaning of responsibility or commitment.
