Bad service! You have to double check & triple check what you are ordering and when you receive them double check AGAIN or else you're going to be sorry. Even their packed products, the piece count is SHORT! The manager thinks she's always right! I regret ordering my wedding invitations from them. If only we're not pressed for time!

Hello Virginia, We always put one ensemble together for you to see all the pieces at the time you pick them up, so that is where I thought that envelopes was. But we certainly offered for you to stop by anytime to pick-up another envelope. Your invitations were beautifully done in thermography and as you mentioned - done very quickly as you were short on time. I would have hoped that made up for the inconvenience of having to come back for a single envelope. My apologies again, to both you and Brian.
