I have bought a 10'X16' cedar shed from this company.
The parts and pieces I received were very low grade products. The shingles were inferior quality and not enough to complete the roof.
The strapping for the roof were unusable, the siding was a mix of 3 kinds of material. I find this is a dishonest way of doing business and short change buyers.
Needless to say I will never buy anything from this company and discourage anyone I know to do business with them.

I am a meticulous contractor, with scheduling a very key component to my clients. Timberland provided an impeccable product and ahead of the estimated delivery schedule. I continue to sole source Timberland as my Cedar Wood supplier. I have recommended Timberland to several of my associates, who in turn have had very positive results.
We finished just in time for the end of the summer! We loved the quality of lumber that Timberland provided us and appreciate all of the advice and help you and your team provided. We used up a lot of those fence boards in the design of the railing, deck shirt and the step.
I was working on a few projects that required custom lumber widths that I couldn't find in local hardware stores so I called up Timberland. My experience with the quality of lumber and customer service was good there that they will be my first call any time I need more than 5 pieces of lumber. You may have to wait for a few days to pick up the lumber as they mill all lumber to order and they are somewhat out of the way but I will absolutely be back here.
I called Timberland and they came to give us a complimentary quote. Sunny was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He explained how labour works and how long the job is, what materials they are using and how long labour would be, then emailed me a quote.

The day for the scheduled instalation, the installers were very fast. They cleaned up fast and nothing was left behind. They even took some of our leftover work

I ordered $1250 worth of lumber and it arrived on time and in amazing condition. I shopped around for products and found this place to be the best. The service was great, the prices were competitive and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend timberland to others!
The worst customer service I have ever encountea. We ordered 80 - 8"x1"x10foot cedar boards and paid extra to have one side machined. We were not told machining would take away 3/4" from the over all width making the boards 6 3/4" finished width and leaving us sort on material for our fence. The machining job was also so terrible that the majority of the boards are uneven and different thickness. I called to explain this and they said too bad. You should have inspected during loading
Horrible! I called 3 times to get a quote on a 10x10 cedar shed. They quoted me at $769. I had my husband pick it up and they charged him $985!! I called them they wouldn't let me explain. They said the extra charge was for the floor and roof??!! Last I checked most sheds come that way!! On craigslist it states all included! They were rude, unsympathetic and hung up on me many times. Go elsewhere if you want good honest service and they're not the lowest price....guaranteed!!
