Kevin Alstad, our highly skilled Journeyman/refrigeration mechanic/electrician and owner has been providing high quality work for over 35 years in the industry. Kevin specializes in Carrier VVT, Comfort View, Comfort link, IVU DDC controls systems, chiller & cooling tower service/maintenance, unitary equipment and pneumatic controls service in the lower mainland. Lee our Journeyman has been installing and servicing HVAC/refrigeration equipment for 15 plus years providing a high standard of workmanship and customer service. Our apprentice Tyler has been growing readily, learning from both Kevin and Lee to become our 3rd Journeyman.     The biggest issue at first was the invoice they provided for a basic fix in our drain. We had a similar drain in the same unit fixed in 2021 for less than $80, fast forward to a month ago and the same job was billed by Mike and the Alstad team for just under $400. The fix didn't even work and they blamed other issues. So $400 for a poor diagnosis and a bunch of headaches.
