We also participate in the Region District HandyDart and Taxi Saver program which is an economical ride for the elderly and disabled by the Regional District of Nanaimo Transportation Department.     they are usually quick to arrive and are very helpful. I appreciate that kind of service. As well I have always found their dispatchers to be polite, considerate & helpful. Thank you.

    Driver charged me...

    Driver charged me twice for the same ride. Called in 3 separate times before someone actually picked up the phone when connected to an admin. Spent 5 minutes giving information to the Admin and she assured me that the double charge would be taken off of my card. It has been TWO DAYS, and I have received no email, and the charge is still on my card. The mistake happened 2 weeks ago. How much work am I supposed to put in to fix a drivers mistake, exactly? AVOID
