    Ron and his team are awesome. They are super easy to book in with, he answers all my questions, calls me with options if things need to be repaired or replaced, and don't try to upsell. They are professional and courteous - and are a bunch of great guys!

    When calling to make an appointment and when I dropped off my car I was told they cap costs for my repair (rear window defrost) at $197 and would charge no more than that without permission. Return to get it and they charged almost $50 more than that. They also said my reverse lights were broken, but the lights worked the day before at an oil change, and every day since. They really tried to get another few hundred from me for something that WAS NOT broken. Never again!

    So sorry for any confusion Sherry but we did only charge you $197 for the repair. We always quote the price plus taxes, so again I apologize if I didn't make that clear. For safety reasons we always check all lights as the vehicle is entering the shop and I believe we did show you at the time that the reverse lights were not working.
