    I wanted to give ...

    I wanted to give this club negative rating but I had to give one star to write the review!! Worst club ever. The management team is really shady and dishonest. They were very friendly when you sign up but when you try to cancel they become devil even you have a reason(moving 30km away or docctor note). They do not have human heart they just want money. DO NOT SIGN UP with them. Dishonest Practices!

    VI FITNESS - Dishonest Billing Practices

    VI Fitness is a very SHADY and DISHONEST club. I am not on a contract, I gave them thirty days notice of cancellation as required, and they are still trying to get another months rent out of me - Even though I paid my last months rent when I began my membership. This means they are essentially wanting 2months notice when they told me 1 month was required. ***********TRIPLE NEGATIVE RATING ********** IF YOU ARE IN THE SAME SITUATION, YOU CAN GET YOUR BANK TO CANCEL THE PAYMENT 3 MONTHS AFTER THE FACT-NO CHARGE

    Good facilities and services, bad policies.

    The facilities are quite extensive, and there is a large variety of machines and free weights. They offer a wide variety of services and classes. When it comes to signing up they are quick and convenient, but when it comes to cancellation it is a hassle. It seems when financial strain happens on a customer, and they no longer can afford to pay for the membership and must cancel. They are unsympathetic, and will not refund, even partially, any unused services. They are fine until you have trouble, then they are just unhelpful and hide behind their policies on why they will not help.
