    Took a Royal City Taxi to Royal Col. Hosp. on Jan. 27 2021 at around 10.45 am This was taxi # 15. There was no shield between the driver and the passenger. The driver was not wearing a mask. It was on the central pedestal. Unexceptional in my opinion
