    Was suppose to tie in the toilet ,shower and sink to the main in the crawl space.All 3 leaked, from the start. Has yet to return any phone calls or e-mails. He didn't even test the toilet or shower. We just had the whole system replaced including the main, which should have been done at the beginning. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, unless you like doing it , and paying for it twice.

    Won't respond to warranty work

    We wanted a dripping faucet fixed. The first try didn’t work and their second try made it worse. We had an appointment for a third try, but they never showed. They wouldn’t answer our calls or return messages, so we called from another number and they answered. Their excuse was they came by but no one was home. This was completely false as we had made sure to be home and is an excuse you might see in other complaints. Dean Park Plumbing is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with.

    Work was done, big bill, no explanation

    Overall the work was done in a timely manor. Upon receiving my bill I wrote to inquire about being over charged. Don advised he would look into it. I have made 6 emails since with no reply. Very unprofessional, extremely unsatisfied. Would not recommend this company.

    would not recomend

    recently i had them take a look at a clogged drain. they snaked it on two occasions both times it was never fully running after they did the work. both times it was backed up again within the week. frustrated, i had another plumber come and snake it. he used an electric snake (not a hand snake) and had it running within 10 min. its been over a month and the drain is running great! i would not recommend them. i found the plumbers to be rude. did not do a though job. waste of money.
