    The quality of the cabinetry and trim installation was 4.5/5 - we had to have a company installer return on 3 occasions after the initial install to complete work that wasn't finished correctly or not finished at all. The quality of the timing to complete the installation at the agreed to date was 3/5. Overall, I would recommend the quality of the cabinetry offered but would recommend clarifying responsibilities for organizing labour prior to signing contract.

    We appreciate the quality was there and that your kitchen is a point of pride in your home. Unfortunately, Ivan was not the point of contact so the contract terms and planning were apparently not shared as part of our project. WE outline the trades and responsibilities in every contract and also outline things the homeowner is responsible for so there isn't a misunderstanding later. Glad you are enjoying your kitchen.
