    Ramin, your staff told me up front $70 for synthetic oil change, then claims he made a mistake when I went to pick up the car, demanding $80. The whole time he had my number and didn't tell me he made a mistake. He also said I wasn't very smart trying to argue with him. Do you stand by your staff, or me?
