If I wanted to wait around for half an hour for my ride not to turn up I would have just stood at a bus stop. Called and was met with a blunt inattentive demeanour and waited half an hour, luckily a passing taxi was kind enough to pick me up. I received no call from this company when I wasnt there so assume the taxi never came. If not for the passing cab I would have been Very late for work. Simply pathetic.

Disgusting Service!!!!

I have been using their service for years now. And GUSH in the last year or so, gush they have been getting worst & worst! The drivers don't show up & when you follow up you get the rude, disrespectful dispatcher tell you that the driver has arrived & called you but you didn't answer! With online booking they come up with the most stupid excuse that when you book online there is no guarantee to actually get a cab! Really??? And they have no shame in repeating these excuses over & over!

Polite, kind, and always safe. I am a 23 year old female and I have had several unpleasant experiences with North Shore Taxi but never with Sunshine Cabs. When calling a cab for customers at my workplace I will always call Sunshine Cabs.

Terrible customer service. Wring door bell at 2 am When they said they would call and woke up the entire house.
