An elderly first time eye glasses buyer, I was irresponsibly upsold into progressive lenses, a practice the onsite doctor later told me is normally discouraged. The result was astoundingly unsatisfactory. I was then told my partial prepayment would fully cover full cost of less expensive ordinary lenses. Was unpleasantly surprised to discover otherwise. In the end, I chose to walk away from my $300+ deposit altogether, rather than continue funding their incompetence. Caveat emptor indeed.

Optometrist missed a nevus that needs monitoring and glaucoma. I was prescribed two pairs of glasses that were unnecessary, and staff were not helpful in finding solutions. They just wanted to profit off me more. One of my biggest regrets was not asking for recommendations first. My current eye care is head, shoulders, and knees above Dr. Spec’s. I could not in good conscience let a loved one go here.

Fantastic service! The store owner is very knowledgable and friendly with excellent customer service. She helped me pick out the perfect frames. I am very happy with the service I received and I would highly recommend this store.

My experience purchasing eyeglasses at this store was fantastic. The staff are very friendly, and so willing to help you choose a frame. They also explained my lens options much better than anyone had done before. Usually I leave an Optical store more confused than when I entered, but not this time. Thank you Debbie and Larry, I get lots of compliments on my new glasses!
