Ordered from Skip the dishes cause my 3 year old granddaughter wanted chicken nuggets. There was dinner for 3 adults and one child ordered. Arrived 15 minutes later ( pretty good time ) However the order was short the main reason for the order ( granddaughter’s chicken nuggets)
Try phoning the business and no answer. Obviously afraid to answer knowing they probably screwed up again..

This is for every McDonalds in BC that Ive ever been to. Every single one of their machines lets them know somethings ready with a loud BEEP and theres about 10 or 12 different sounding beeps. The problem is that they never shut up AND no matter where you sit in the building thebeeps are ridiculously loud. But when they are all going off at once its deafening. Is it that hard to turn the bloody things down
We brought our Grandkids,for the kids menu & let them play in the kids area.There were 4 other children there. The children were having a lovely time, chasing & laughing, Only problem, I guess the children are only to play quietly, because, I will assume it was the Manager kept coming in and telling the children to be quiet.
I would suggest to McDonald's if you want Parents/Grandparents business you need to SOUND PROOF a Play area. CHILDREN can not have fun quietly.
I have only been two times. Both times the to go burger was less than eatable. The first time the meat was burned on one side. This last time was worse...the bun was burned. Yes burned! I mean burned black both top and bottom. How is that even possible. Who ever served it had to know it was burned...and that makes it more disturbing. I should have returned the burger, but by the time I got the burger out of the bag I was already way out of town. Quality is important and there was none.
Penticton McDonalds:
Using the drive thru at 7pm, I did not receive any ketchup or napkins. If you now need to ask for ketchup, make your consumers aware. The clerks, should be asking if you would like some.
The fries were not hot and the burger was lukewarm.
It should not matter what time of the evening, the food should be fresh. I would rather wait while fresh food was made then receive less then adequate food.
Not impressed.
