I'm the maintenance manager for my building. I call these guys anytime we have a pest problem. The staff - from their office to the service guys - are very professional and informative. They've solved all our issues that we've had so far (birds, mice, ants, moths). I have already recommended them to others.

I was having a major cockroach problem at one of my rental homes in Maple Ridge. Called Atlas, and a service technician came to the house and met with me and my tenants. I was impressed with how he explained the treatment process and the price and warranty they provide. He even completed the job the same day. It's been over a month, and my tenants haven't seen anymore bugs.
This company knows what they're doing! I had called around to see if anyone would be able to come by right away and Atlas was the only company available, and they were at my home within the hour. Michael was able to answer all of my questions, and set-up a treatment the next day. No more bug problems, and the price and warranty they provided was very reasonable. We had squirrels inside our roof and Atlas come out and solved our problem right away. They were very helpful with explaining what needed to be done as I have never had a problem before. I had rats inside my attic and when i called around Atlas Pest was one of the few places that answered my call right away, Plus they had someone out to my home the same day. They set up traps and within a couple days had caught the rats and we stopped hearing noises, thankfully! I also liked they clean of the attic space and screen off the openings/gaps where the rats got in from to make sure they don't return.

'Tis the season? It's cold out and the critters want to get warm! It's too bad they decided my house was the best place to do that. :(
The guys at Atlas came by and found a few entry points where the rats came in. They were able to get repair the spots and even looked for anywhere else that could be easy for them to get in (didn't find any).
They left traps and within about a week no more rodents!
I definitely recommend these guys!
When it comes to rats these guys are the best. Extremely knowledgeable about their behavior and how to remove them and keep them OUT of your house, instead of just killing them and walking away like some of the other companies do. You can tell they're passionate about their work. They take the time to find entrance points around the house and properly assess the best way to seal them. After they were done, I wasn't ashamed to have parties in the basement!
A friend of mine recommended Atlas pest control after I discovered that my cat had brought home fleas! I was in such a panic and did not have time to deal with it. I phoned late at night to leave a message and was surprised at how quick they called back early the next morning. I called Atlas after having a issue with rodents in my crawl space, they came set traps and sealed all the entry points to resolve my issue. I am very pleased with the service and the timely manner the the problem was dealt with.
