The Brick

We went into The Brick in Prince George - just to look at and compare prices on a dryer. Nirmal a knowledgeable and very personable salesperson asked if she could help. She had answers to all our questions and showed us several dryers. Of course we only intended to look and we ended up buying a great dryer. When I need furniture, or appliances I chose to deal with Ryan. He is amazing, listens, and helps me find exactly what I am looking for. I highly recommend The Brick and after the purchase Ryan makes sure I am 100% satisfied with the product, delivery and set up.

I read the reviews before going to the Brick; I should have listened! Don't be like me; run, don't walk away from the Brick! The furniture I ordered was supposed to come in May. I got one piece, but the other kept getting delayed, and now they tell me December! When I asked for my money back, they will only give me a credit on a card I have paid off! If you like no communication, no follow up and terrible customer service, go ahead and go to the Brick, otherwise stay away! Worst experience ever!

Excellent service!. There was a computer glitch that messed up my order but they made it right and then some! Have more shopping to do and guess where Im going! ?

I have been looking into buying a King size bed for a little while now.The Brick was my last stop on my journey. I must say the customer service I received was by far the best! Trevor and Abdul took the time to answer all my question even the silly ones! They never once made me feel like it was just another sales pitch to make money.I could have bought a king bed for a bit cheaper else where,but Trevor and Abdul were the reason I purchased through the Brick Amazing guys Thanks again!!
