    Louise Lam though a great person is a horrible lawyer that did not do what she should have in any way shape or form - she ignored direction and it become apparent - she is a settle - settle lawyer - not willing to take on a simple matter as trial approached and forced us to settle as she stated she would not take this to trial for a pittance of the claim - she got her money over $100,000.00 and that appears all she was concerned with. SORRY WE EVER RETAINED HER IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE BY US
