Don’t ever but anything from these people. We bought just over $400 worth of dirt and they charged over $4000 to our credit card! It has been 8 days and we are STILL waiting for a credit. They don’t care. They’ve done nothing to expedite our credit, and have not once offered us anything for the nightmare they have created. Every time we call them they pretend to be shocked we have not received it yet. They have NEVER called us to follow up or make sure we have received our credit. Disgusting.

The driver was able to back his truck down our long driveway without any damage to our yard. Dispatch was friendly and communicated well with our driver and with us. Very happy with their service.

We order a truck load of bark mulch from Mitchells every year and bag our own compost for the garden as needed. They are friendly, and get our order delivered as quickly as possible (often the same day). The drivers are amazingly good at manoeuvring their trucks and their products are top notch.

Do not hire these guys! They are not professional. Excavating for a home renovation, and it did not go well. They destroyed a tree because they didn't want to drive around it. They drop a load of rocks onto the neighbor's car, which has caused a lot of tension and will add a few thousand to the project. Then they hit the house with the bucket and cracked the stucco. And they demand payment like nothing had happened. If I wanted this mess I would have done it myself!
