    I bought a Starling and nothing but issues. I called Mascon in Salmon Arm and the lady was very polite and helpful. The installation crew were top notch. I went for the 220 gig package and it has been incredible. Highly recommend.

    It's too bad there aren't more choices for TV. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes for service on my TV receiver. When the guy finally came on he said he would try to get hold of someone and phone me back in 10-15 minutes. Never heard from him again. For the last two days I've been trying to get through and no luck. Terrible service.

    I'm thankful and grateful that Mascon is available in our community. I had Shaw Satellite before getting Mascon and the satellite receiver could not read the cell tower so 3/4 of the time we did not have reception- and were still expected to pay. Mascon provides reliable service.

    NO Star, they are worst service never fix problems Bad bad Bad bad service they just collect peoples money and enjoy their life by providing worlds worst service garbage service

    Telus bought Mascon in 2017 & now Mascon "serves" remote communities such as Gold River, Tahsis & Zeballos & they are doing a terrible job. Their cable TV packages are all over the map, including the initial must have $25 package that has numerous duplicate channels, 3 French language plus other redundant foreign language channels, no local Island news such as CHEK TV but Okanagan news for Vancouver Island?!! Long list of re-runs up to 30 years old. Way more but running out of space.

    Discovered yesterday that my time shift said I was not authorized. After 20 minutes of waiting the women said it was not part of my package. Yet I paid for it when I signed up. I was told a refresher to all terminals was sent out the night before and that was when I lost it. She added it back on,which should not have been necessary. Then my wife discovered that the receiver in the bedroom was not getting any channels. Now today I have to wait on the phone again to correct this problem.
