DISHONEST!!!! Ive been a customer since Nov 2014. I had no contact but paid yearly. In May 2019 of this year I informed RMC that I had sold my house and would be moving effective June 3rd and asked when I would be expecting my refund. He said approximately 1 week after I move or when the new owners take up the new contact. I tried 7 times contacting him as to where my refund was and got no response. As of this date no refund. The monitoring station will not even tell you where they are.
