    Spending 13,000 on our hot tub and so many issues from day 1. Impossible to get things fixed in a timely manner, unfortunately, and no warranty coverage when stated there was. We have had to spend hours and our own money fixing issues which should never have been issues after purchasing an expensive and quality tub. It is great to support small and local businesses but large purchases such as this it is best to go to a reputable, larger company who can provide technicians to ensure the tub wo

    Steve here, owner of HTG. This doesn't sound like a legitimate review to me, as it's vague, unfamiliar and unrealistic.     I just recently received my tub and I am so happy!! I spent a long time looking for the perfect hot tub for my family. And with the help of Shelley and her team at hot tubs galore I was able to find it! The whole process was so smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Hot Tubs Galore to anyone who is looking to purchase a hot tub!!

    We had high hopes using Steve because his reviews were so wonderful but we are not happy with his service at all. He could never give us clear answers on anything we asked. He talks in circles around direct questions and makes excuses for everything. The waiting time to receive a hot tub is ridiculous(2-3 months)and it was stressful dealing with his long drawn out explanations. We believe his reviews are from himself or friends - not real customers. We would never recommend this company.

    I don't know who wrote this review but it sounds to me like a client who experienced an unexpected delay on an order. 2-3 months sounds exaggerated to me, but, delays and backorders are always a possibility in this business and as vendors we have no control over these things. I understand that delays can be frustrating but I fail to see how that would earn us a malicious review, a 1-star rating, and a serious accusation of faking reviews.

    Good business, trustworthy people

    A family member referred me to Hot Tubs Galore, strongly recommending them. I'm a cautious conventional person and I wasn't sure about their unorthodox approach, but I gave them a chance and I'm so glad I did. I felt very safe dealing with them, and they have proven to be very good people that I like and trust.

    This review came to us on a hand-written card because the gentleman didn't know how to use the internet. We thought it was sweet, so we added it to our online reviews.

    I purchased a tub from Steve a few years ago now, and am still so happy with the product. He took the time to explain and give us options that were doable for our family. I love the tub, and am enjoying it many times a week. I just thought I would write to let you know. Very Satisfied!!

    THE place to buy a hotub

    Steve has been in the industry for decades, knows all the good and bad of hotubs, gives great honest advice and can advise you of what unit to get that will suit your needs not his.

    Please note that we've only been dealing with hot tubs since 1997, so "decades" isn't quite true..."Since the last Century" is technically more accurate and sounds even better.

He knows hot tubs really well & will assist you in your purchase & on going service down the road. His business is the recommended 'green business' & the go to place for recycling of quality hot tubs which keeps them from being added to the land fill .
