    Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. While the damaged Sumimit was disappointing the real measure was how quickly the problem was solved and without question. I am very impressed. Thank you Natalia, Jamie, Brandon, John

    Customer service is terrible I bought my BBQ a few months ago and BBQ is great but still blown away by how bad of an experience it was I asked some questions and got zero answers Tried to negotiate the price and was completely ignored. Didn't even acknowledge I spoke The kick in the nuts was On my way out I saw a sign that said if you buy a full size BBQ you get a thank you gift worth around $50. I asked about it and got an answer-they're out of them but if they had any I would have gotten one.
