    Purolator just sucks. Your website shows that u attempted delivery 3 times, but not even once did anyone come to my door or rand the bell or called me for buzzer. And then I am asked to pick up the package, if this was to happen then why was I forced to pay courier service at BLS office

    Same as the most of the others, no one ever answers the phone, if it after 3:55, THEY MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE! Why does not the parent co. have a look to see how well they are being represented here.

    One star reviews on this page are warranted.. Went in to pick up two items I believed were waiting for me. The woman told me twice there was only one item. I said okay I guess I was sure there was two..Of course they phone the next day to say my other item is waiting there...it was on a different shelf. Mistakes are made...its the dismissive attitude you get when you say twice that you have two items there that is irritating...I will request a different delivery method going forward

    no one ever answers the phone. been calling since 9 am every 10 minutes, its now 1:43PM. line was busy all morning. after 12, it just rings and rings. how annoying

    Not a customer friendly location. No notifications of delivery window, they just show up and if you are not home, no luck. Second delivery was scheduled for a different day, took a day off, still no luck. It's an OOPS business.

    Massively inconvenient hours for anyone who commutes. Made time in my schedule to get there, then drove to the wrong location based on google maps, wasting time and gas, only to finally get to the right location to be greeted by a rude desk agent when I didn’t have my tracking number instantly available. I could have looked in my phone if she’d asked the right questions or been polite but I was so put off I left immediately. Won’t be shopping at any online company that uses this carrier again.

    don't even pick up the call if its 5.50pm... and they close at 6pm... they hung up the call while i was talking.. no respect..

    I called them to open an account for a business website and explained to them that we could not add Purolator after the site was launched. They said they wouldn't open an account. I launched the website without them, and a few days later I received a call from the same sales rep, Unam, and she was all cheerful and trying to open an account for me. Purolater, you snubbed us when we needed you, that made us find someone else to work with.

    Really bad experi...

    Really bad experience. Couldn't get delivery and called that person that I am coming. Due to traffic I get there at 5.59 pm but that guy closed every thing and already sign on of closed nobody was found. Stayed in parking lot after 6 minutes a guy came out of the office, I asked him that I called you and you closed office earlier. He was so rude and didn't listen. Called on Friday feb.5 2016 . Not recommending litigator and not getting their service in future.
