The worse services I have received from this restaurant. Placed an order for delivery and waited an hour. Called them and they said it should be there in the next couple of minutes. Finally came and the guy didn't have change. Said he would take my money and be back in a half an hour with my change (yeah right). I don't think I'm going to give you my money and wait for change. Gave him back his food and cancelled my order. I have ordered from there for a very long time.

Just Terrible
My first time ordering from this restaurant for delivery and I am not pleased, I ordered the dinner for 3 and changed beef chop suey to lemon chicken and they brought me almond chicken. The order took over an hour to arrive and the driver was very tired and stressed out. The food was absolutely terrible! If I hadn't been so hungry from waiting for so long I would have just thrown it in the garbage, I probably ate less then 1/4 of each portion and I might just give the rest to my dog. Never again, by far the worst I have ever had. Please save your money.

I ordered out and it was terrorable
I ordered delivery and the chicken chowmein was disgusting the chicken was processed like spam and the guy didnt give correct change when I phoned to complain that the guy didnt give correct change they didnt believe me and said to call the manager when he was in the next week....Need I say more?

Could be a little less oily.
Food was ready on time. Did taste a little plain, and the deep fried prawns and egg roll were greasy. Pork fried rice was nice. Prawns were also over cooked and rubbery. Was surprised that we didn't get complimentary fortune cookies with the amount we paid.

We have eaten as well as ordered from here as long as I can remember. They make the best Fried Rice, Chow Mein and Almond chicken I have ever had. Restaurant might not be high end but the food is!

many years of service like all eateries has had lots of ups and some downs. Is traditional North American style Chinese food. Plentiful and non msg option is available. Most of the servers have a tremendous personality. Recent renovations have made the main room very beautiful and it has the feel of an upscale location, however still very inviting. There is a tremendous history behind the neon sign it is one of the truly great signs of the era of neon. Recently the owners have been working to restore it I do hope they succeed for it is from the time that Chinese restaurants first spread out of china town in the early 60;s

I always tell the truth about everything..... But about food i am always very careful to comment....but the food at ricksah was worst evr i tasted...i dont know how to explain taste and service........but they were worst i have ever seen ...... long time employees knowing good tipping customers and other than that they do not care about first timers.....but the food were worst.....as i have eaten best food than them at slumms in India and England, downtown canada and anywhere in north america where multicultural society exists

Only Place We Order Chinese From
We order from their often and have never had a problem (missing item, wrong item, incorrect pricing, etc.). The delivery is not quick but not too slow, and it's always hot. There menu includes NO MSG if you ask. My husband is a picky eater so if he eats it it's good.

Location not the best but its been there forever
The food is great as always. Been a long time customer and will continue to be as long as they are there. If you enjoy good food at a decent price,excellent service and dont mind the old furnature or the location then drop in for a bite. You wont regret it.
