Management, integrity issues

I ordered the veggie patty sub, which normally comes with cheese. I refused the cheese, and instead asked for avocado on mine. Unfortunately, this company lacks the decency to make honest substitutions and instead charges for the entire original sub, PLUS the addons. I talked to the staff member about it , and while I do not blame her too much (probably a problem with upper management), they very much understood the thievery in what they were doing. Management, I am disappoined in you.
