Sandy is AMAZING, very professional and very sweet and kind, thank you Sullivan Medical for having such welcoming and sweet staff.

The best walk in clinic I have ever been to. Less wait time, professional staff and Dr. Baby was very helpful with my issues.

The receptionist are rude..it happens many times they always hanged up on me while talking or they put me on hold for so long and i been waiting patiently for long time and then they will just hanged up. And if i get a chance to talk to them they will just keep put me on hold many times before finishing the whole conversation.

Nice remodel. Incredibly rude staff. If you have Shaw you have Wifi, if not (Telus, Wind, Bell, etc...) your a third class citizen. Please fix or you'll new patients. 😪

Third appointment in a row I was forced to wait over 40 minutes for because Dr. Mtambo is behind schedule. When I brought this to his attention he suggested I find another physician. Will do, doc.
