This place is well kept, presentable, and amazing with snow clean up. Lots of information provided when doing a viewing especially about where the local essentials are located (school, doctors, shopping). Agents were very pleasant and is clear they have done a lot of work to their property and buildings recently which shows me they are on top of things. It seems like a good place for students or anyone who relies on transit. We will be applying for sure.
