I believe in non-invasive methods of caring for pets, and offer my lifelong experience and knowledge from working with animals to my clients. Grooming of all breeds is available. Cats are accepted in many cases. We are a small shop offering a quiet environment, so customers feel confident and comfortable leaving their pets here.     Anna provides an absolutely incredible service! She has been my dog’s groomer since 2014. During this time I had moved to Maple Ridge. I tried to find someone closer, but after a few tries I decided I will drive out to Surrey to get the best service I can. I know I have to book at least couple weeks in advance :) Thank you Anna for your business!!!

    Anne is awesome, I take my cat in for grooming and she takes the welfare of your pet into consideration when booking. Genuine , all around great experience for our pet and excellent service for us owners as well!

    They lost my puppy

    We took our 7 month old puppy here for the first time for a full groom. We were told that he will be done in a couple of hours only to receive a call an hour and a half later saying our dog has run away through the back gate. I panicked and rushed to their location. Anne was inside working on other dogs. They refused to help us look for the puppy as they had "already spent half an hour driving around trying to find them" which means they called me over half an hour later. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
