Cari did a fantastic job on our somewhat complicated mortgage - she worked very hard and diligently on our file. You can tell that she is passionate about what she does! Even though we got a small mortgage (in my opinion) compared to what is out there in the lower mainland, we never felt that we were less important then other clients!

Cari was exceptional when we bought our first home and saved us a massive amount of money by sourcing out the most competitive interest rate (way below what our bank had offered us). She was able to get us into our dream house (which would not have happened had we gone with our bank and their offered rate). My entire family has gone to her for our mortgage needs (dad, mom, and sisters)...and if you knew my family, you would realize how much patience Cari has in order to deal with us! (hehe)
