My cab just picked up two other people instead of me at the stop I booked on my app. Without calling me changes status to picked up. I am now late for work and can’t get a cab. Very angry.

Okay if You Have to Flag One Down

Black Top Cabs used to be our standard cab company that we would call for a night out on the town. On one occasion though, they left us stranded in Stanley Park at 1:00am when none of their drivers wanted to have to drive into the park to do the pick-up. Despite calling three times we were never told this until the last call and now with it closer to 2:00am we needed to start walking. Finally a cab decided to show up (after the bar crowd is my guess) but only after we had already walked half a kilometre. We will still use their cabs and they're good and reliable but this is only if we are flagging them. We will never count on them for scheduled pick-ups again.
