Unsanitary, terrible customer service

I went in with very high expectations and this is how my experience went: I arrived about five minutes early and was barely given a greeting. I told her I was here for my appointment and she (while on the phone, with what sounded like a friend) started asking me what kind of nails I was getting. I wasn't quite sure so she sat me down with a color ring and walked away. She didn't make herself available and was not helpful in the decision making process. She continued to have her conversation on the cell phone. This next part is beyond words. I took a look at the tools that she was about to use on me and they were clearly overused and completely unsanitary. I didn't say anything because I was waiting to see if she would grab new tools. Much to my dismay she did not and began to file my nails. She did not clean ANYTHING. Not even her own hands. First of all, the table was dirty with someone else's filings and I was purely disgusted. She did my nails and they looked nice at the end but they did not even come close to lasting a week. They lasted about 2 full days looking perfect. Today is the 6th day and I want to rip them off. They are chipping and are very brittle on the tips. It was a huge waste of $40 when I could have gone else where and my health wouldn't have been put at risk. I am a makeup artist and work as well at a spa doing esthetics and hygiene is my number one priority. I do not appreciate someone else putting mine in jeopardy when I, myself am extremely careful. Towards the end of my appt two women showed up and she completely ignored me the rest of the time. They were surrounding me and talking in a foreign language. She told me okay you can go wash your hands. And she took off. I have never been more disgusted with an experience in my entire life.
