Worst moving company. They were late. One of the movers was constantly on the phone. Don’t hire them. They’re incentive is to charge by the hour and I noticed that they would stall to charge more. They left my belongings on the street and demanded I pay before the move was complete. They broke some items and never repaired or replaced it. Customer service agent Jessica was no help and was defending her movers. In the end I had to get family to help bring my belongings from the street inside.

Jessica was so pleasant. Answered the phone before 8 in the morning. sent a text and a contract thru email right away. ( my movers bailed so it was only a weeks notice. Christian and Mario were so friendly' worked hard and fast' and very helpful. Jessica as well was very friendly. They knew what they were doing. All my furniture was very well taken care of ' wrapped' blanketed and nothing damaged. Thank you Falcon movers. Very Happy.!!

I hired Falcon movers last week to move my 2 bedroom condo Downtown to Richmond the team was really amazing, quick, careful, friendly, and polite, and on time coming. I had a queen size box spring that could not fit to the elevator as we have a small elevator so they used the fire exit stairs instead and brought up to 7th floors without charging me more or any hidden fees, Thank you Simon and your Team for the great job.

Super polite and professional. A lot of attention to detail with specific packaging practices for closets and furniture. Pricing is very fair with no hassles. Would use them again.

I used Falcon Moving to help me move from Vancouver to Coquitlam, I was worry about my move that way couldn't catch a moving company on web as I had a lot of heavy expensive furniture many of them contained sensitive glasses, my best friend recommended me to use Falcon Moving as they did a good job for him last month then I chose them, they sent a perfect size truck which was 5 tone truck with a lot of four wheeler dollies with all necessary tools and screen carts, they wrapped most of my stuff
