Featured on the popular Food Network television show Eat Street, Feastro the Rolling Bistro is the famous purple food truck that serves up delicious seafood tacos, fish and chips, salads, chowders, homemade seasonal fruit lemonades and daily specials such as truck-smoked Sockeye salmon. Focusing on fresh, local, sustainable products with an emphasis on seafood, Feastro’s menu reflects BC’s incredible culinary bounty.

“Our seasonal menu items are always super-popular,” says owner Paul Fenton. “Lately, we’ve added our signature Dirty Fries: hand cut Kennebec potatoes with truck-made lemon garlic aioli, BBQ sauce, mounds of pulled pork, hand-cut salsa, and pickled jalapenos – which have been incredibly popular.”

Feastro – aka: the roaming bistro – has earned a cult following in Vancouver’s downtown core thanks to its crowd-pleasing street food menu, which features tacos, Southern-style sandwiches and the truck’s infamous dirty fries that come loaded with pulled pork, chipotle aioli, barbecue sauce and pickled jalapeños. The travelling eatery is usually parked at Howe and Robson, but will relocate to Yaletown during the Chef Meets Truck event to welcome guest chef Lucais Syme of Cinara fame.
