I would highly recommend this automotive repair shop to anyone. They always seem to be able to squeeze me in at a moments notice and they do great work at a very fair price. Excellent service, honest and great prices.

Very bad experience with these guys

I had very bad experience with Grandview tire. My car was running poorly (but still running!) so I took it to their shop. They inspected my car for $107 and called me that they have to replace all spark plugs and catalytic converter. They told me it will cost approx $500 (including the inspection) and the car will run better than before. I gave them the approval to fix it and in one hour they called me they fixed it, they started the car, it was running but after few minutes it died again. They told me the timing belt is broken!!! They told me to fix this they will charge me next $900 and still there is 50% chance the car will not work as the interior of the engine could be damaged! If it would be the case, they told me it can cost 2,3,4 thousand of dollars, that they are not sure yet how much it will be! I decided not to leave the car to those amateurs and I sold it broken for very low price. Of course I had to even pay them $ 400 for the job they had done on my car!!! Summary: I gave them poorly running car to fix, they gave me back car which was not running at all and I had to pay them $ 400! In total I lost approx $ 4,000 and I ended up with buying a new car. I will never ever give my car to their shop again!!!
