Hanamo Florist

Family, including myself, have been ordering from Hanamo for years. However, ordered a funeral arrangement for my cousin. It was the worst and saddest looking arrangement. Extremely poorly arranged and old flowers. Extremely embarrassing! Spoke to the owner and he said, "Yes, I noticed how bad it was, when I was making the delivery". I asked him why and he said, "Yes, it was a bad arrangement, but too late to make changes". I asked for my money back and he walked away.

Wonderful florist with unique designs in Vancouver

I cannot say enough good things about this florist! I was looking for a florist in Vancouver to deliver a floral arrangement for my mother on Mother's Day. I found this florist online, and was thoroughly impressed by the designs that I saw on their very helpful website, especially the Japanese designs. They were absolutely beautiful! I went ahead and ordered, and it turned out to be even better than expected! The owner was very helpful. I will highly recommend this wonderful florist to anyone!

Spectacular Arrangement

I recently ordered a birthday floral arrangement from Hanamo Florist. The person who answered the phone was extremely polite and very helpful. As is the case most of the time, the products you find in a catalogue usually look better in the photo than they do in real life. This was definitely not the case with my order. The arrangement was absolutely amazing and looked exactly like the online photo. The flowers were delivered on time and received huge praise and attention. One person in the dowtown office even said that it was the most beautiful arrangement that she had ever seen in her life and she was almost 60 years old! I purchased the BIRT004 Happy Birthday Premium Vase and highly recommend this florist to everyone!
