Terrible customer service at this location.

Check your food second time getting ripped off at this location ordered 40 dollars worth of food and never added my double filet, which costs around 11 bux with tax !!! Got all the way home to new west... check your items !!!!

RIPPED ME OFF 10.00 DOLLARS! I paid with a 20, the person at the drive through way clearly grimey, told me I only paid with a 10. I only had that 20 on me whole night. literally only bill I had. I literally SCREAMED show me the security footage. Obviously they didnt. I asked for the manager. Obviously I was ignored. This Mcdonalds is run by sharlantans and crooks. Be weary bringing your money to them. Be weary handing your money to them. The people employed at this McDonalds are CROOKS.

They somehow manage the astonishing accomplishment of getting my very basic orders wrong 9/10 times. Today I went in in the morning for a basic order, the mcmuffin BLT and I subbed ham for bacon. Got home to find no egg. Not only that, I ordered from the kiosk, so I know everything on my order should be there. A couple says before ei ordered fries and they tasted like mold.

These guys deal with so much adversity, and every time I come they're trying their best to deliver the best customer service they can despite the late night rowdy crowd. Even when their machines are down, they're working their hardest to make sure everyone gets their orders. Thank you guys so much for being awesome.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been in. Couldn't get my simple order correct. Overcharged. Fries soaked in grease and chicken nuggets in similar state. Terrible.
