Was an assistant manager at a business that used this company. They were horrible.
I have to say that often half of our machines were out of order and they never bothered to fix or replace them. Just look really bad to customers. They don't answer their phones or voice messages. The team that comes in to collect the money is rude and unprofessional to us and rarely leaves a legible receipt that we can submit to the owner and bookkeeper.
Eventually got rid of them. Watch out.
