This business is unbelievably bad! I work for a large business. We reported our internet was down October 2nd, 2015. We were given a problem number & told that they could see that the problem was on their end. They said they would send out a technician, but told us not to expect anyone until the next Monday as they don't work weekends. Now, it is Tuesday October 6th, 2015. We have now been told that they are too busy to come right now and don't know when they will be able to fix the problem!
