My expectations were OK for this place after reading the reviews below. I was even thinking of talking my friends out of going here but I'm glad I didn't. Simply Thai is actually pretty good. In particular, the pad thai was tasty. The "Simply Thai Gai-Yang" chicken dish was a little on the dry side. All of the dishes were around $12-16 so it was a little pricier than most Thai restaurants but not ridiculously expensive. They are in Yaletown after all. The service was quite good and the waitresses kept our water glasses filled.
