Went in recently with my wife and a few friends for a steak, everyone knew about the keg so it made it a comfortable choice to dine. The service is amazing, i seem to forget sometimes that wrapped inside this corporate steak house is a lot of hospitality, our cute freckly waitress seemed to read our minds regarding timing, they staged the meal perfectly and executed it with precision. I hope she didn't read our mind about other things. I try a lot of new concept restaurants downtown and its exciting to see our culinary scene in Vancouver growing, but I never forget the keg, it consistently surpasses my expectations and I always leave feeling I got more then I paid for. I will return!

They have a new location now, so close to the old...

They have a new location now, so close to the old location I didn't even realize it. I've been to this location 2 times now. The first time was the old location about 3 years ago and then again at the new location. I ordered what I always order at the Keg .... the "New York Peppercorn" ... medium-well and my clients ordered steak too So far, each Keg that I have ordered this steak was bang on, on how I wanted it. There was just a little bit of pink in the centre and just the right amount of sizzling hot fat on some corners of the steak. The new location looks great, the service is friendly, the food is great as well, and the girls are pretty.... (thats always a bonus when they look so hot) :-)
