Impeccable servic...

Impeccable service and quality! So good, that I must share! amazing deli/ready food. Very helpful people, great suggestions and directions. I absolutely love this place!

Excellent

I have been a customer for close to 15 years. Owners always offer up cooking suggestions if I haven't cooked that type of fish before. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection and love that they DON'T sell farmed fish!!

Returned Fish

I returned mussels to the store in May because they were not edible. We talked to the owner and he all but told me I didn't know what I was talking about but he did give me a credit for the full amount. Today I returned to the store to use the credit to purchase mussels. Today, I was served (and I use the word served loosely) by a lady. The owner was a master of tact compared to her. She was down right rude and treated me as if I had committed some crime. Her manners were non existent. Needless to say I will not be returning to A Fine Kettle of Fish anytime soon. Let me add that I owned a fish farm for 20 years and my husband was involved in all aspects of Aquaculture for 15 years......so we both can recognize bad seafood when we see it.
