    I have had repeated problems requiring augering, and Blane was happy to have frank and honest conversations about it. He gave me a price and stuck to it. They came quicker than they said, worked diligently and made sure the job was done properly. I would thoroughly recommend this company for honest plumbing services!

    Auger plumbing was at my home for 1 1/2 hours. They billed me $400.00 for labour. When I complained I was told that it was part travel time. Incidently I live on 24 Ave about 3 to 5 min drive to Auger plumbing. It equates to $225.00 for travel time. Considering travel time across Vernon and being generous with Auger plumbing it works out to $675.00 per hour for the travel time. I am refusing to pay the $225.00. Auger is trying to extract it from me through the CRT. Absurd!

    I called Auger Plumbing last night as my kitchen tap exploded. Water everywhere! He was great and walked me through how to shut the water off properly. He said he could come replace the tap first thing in the am! He was here right on time and we very friendly and clean. He replaced my tap and ALSO fixed both my bathroom taps and that wasn't why I called so I am VERY Happy with his service and I WILL most definitely be using him again and rec amending him to all my friends and family in Vernon!TX

    Quality work done...

    Quality work done on time. The care that he showed really showed in his work. He was efficient, on time, and well within our budget. We will definitely be using their services when our next issue arises.
