Was there recently to look at laminate flooring at the Vernon location (27th St.) Best selection in town and they carry some of the most highly rated brands. Unfortunately the department wasn’t staffed and we were ignored by the two employees that did walk by. They lost a 6K sale.

Excellent store with an incredible selection and staff who actually know what they are doing! Custom door shop as well and great flooring department. Highly recommend.

We built our house using mostly materials from this store and were for the most part very happy with both the service and the prices. They make great doors as well.

Tried to get information from the person handling the heating department front desk and was treated rudely. I will only go to the other stores in town now.

The staff here is mistreated to the point that everyone working in customer service can't do there job well. Which leads to numerous complaints and customers boycotting this place. The managements lack of professionalism is astounding, they treat employees like complete idiots and think too highly of themselves. I'm sorry but you manage a hardware store... under the current managers care I will be surprised if they stay in business.
