Going out of town? Bring your four-legged friend to A Pawsh Oasis Pet Resort Inc in Victoria. We board dogs and cats in our breathtaking wilderness setting on the outskirts of the Victoria City core. Your pet will enjoy a relaxing time in our lap dog living room complete with cozy furnishing, couches and cushions. They can stay warm nestled up in front of our woodstove. We are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with nap time from 12 until 2. Drop off and pick up times are between 7:00 -11:30 and 2:00 -5:00.     As the owner of PAWsh Oasis I can unfortunately say that this story is partially true. We spent more than 2 years trying to get a proper wifi connection directly to the kennel, so at this particular time while I was in Mexico, I relied on my Rogers connection to my phone to receive and send emails since I figured it would be more reliable than the wifi in our kennel. I remember quite vividly getting both emails from this customer and cannot say why my staff could not get a hold of her (apparently, a message was left), except to say that it was a small series of missed communications? (all calls were forwarded directly to the kennel) A PAWsh Oasis has an up and running wi fii service now and the emails are checked by me, as well as my staff. There is now a direct line to PAWsh as well as my line for booking and inquires. We can give many glowing referrals for both cats and dogs at request; I, as well as my professional and animal loving staff, all care about the animals first and foremost. We do not greedily overbook our premises and provide luxurious "green", as well as spacious care for all our animals. I am sincerely sorry that this one customer did not get to see our lovely premises because of our communications. I am happy to say we are a successful Pet Resort and we will be happy to listen to any suggestions to continue making us the best Pet care facility that we can be!

    Poor Communication

    When contacting this company I received a recorded message to leave details and then I would be contacted. NO one contacted me. Emailed the company and received an email that owner was in Mexico but staff would call me. NO one called. Called the company again and only received a recorded message. Contacted the owner again by email and after 2 days received a message that they were sorry, someone should have called. And so this type of communication continued. This company is looking after animals supposedly 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I would never leave my pet with them as I cannot be sure anyone is actually there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
